Hey I already have a kenwood keg and I was wondering if anyone knew if this headunit was compatible or not, I already checked the faq and its not listed.

All Kenwood head units that have a CD changer interface, and can display ID3 tags, should be compatible with the Phatbox/Keg. That would include the KVT-617DVD included in that package.
If you want to be sure, both Crutchfield and Kenwood have responsive customer service over e-mail.
