the part of this article that makes me uncomfortable is where they mention the DMS is still used.  I really doubt they will open up the old hardware to us as I doubt they made a new DMS locking system for the new phatbox media players or whatever they are called.

I am glad they are going to get some large scale distribution though.  its a cool product and everyone should have them.  just with reasonably priced upgraded drives. Smiley
