any of those guys that started doing the Tivo hacks? I "think" one of those guys is a friend of Terry Kennedy. Maybe post something over there about what your trying and see if someone bites. You might find someone that knows whats going on. I tried posting in one of those forums awhile back and didn't get any help, but then again I'm not as knowledgeable about this stuff as most of you.

I've invested some time in trying to change out my hard drive in my DMS about a 1.5 years ago, but it didn't go very far.
