Can anyone tell me the part number / purchase info for the conector that plugs into the back of a Kenwood head unit.  I'm trying to interface it to my Phatbox, but I cant seem to find the right connector.

Thanks,

ralph,

Are you refering to the 13-pin male mini-din ?
If so, you can get the connector from DigiKey
CP-1013-ND - 13-pin male mini-din
CP-1113-ND - 13-pin female mini-din

If you need the 26-pin Dsub:
3M1703-ND - 26-pin - Dsub - Solder cup
MPB26A-ND - 26-pin - Dsub - Ribbon

If you are looking for the original cable it is the KHD-5L1, available at http://www.pacparts.com http://www.kenwoodparts.com or http://www.hermanelectronics.com

I think it would be useful to get a FAQ thread with a list of all the various cables and part numbers for hooking a phatbox / keg upto various head units and urls to where you can purchase the cables.

Anyone up to collecting all that info?
