i just bought an 80GB DMS, kenwood SSA, and a USB2 cradle - they arrived this morning...

i changed the firmware to v13.01 and changed the device type to the KHD-C710 filled it with music then stuck it in the car - all went fine, the keg took 5 minutes to re-program then everything was working perfectly.

I now try to install the SSA by entering my plugin code at the appropriate place, the software detects this is for ssa and shows my DMS in the drop-down list - it then downloads the plugin to the DMS all successful - i save/eject and put it in the car - here the problem starts!:
the cd player shows "load" for around 30 seconds, then just displays "eject" - the DMS does not appear to be working at all.

I stuck it back on the computer - PMM tells me that the ssa plugin failed to install

any ideas what to do now to fix it???

use the level 10 debug rc.sh from http://www.phathack.com/downloads-direct/bushing/rc_pairs.zip - remove your PHATSYS\logfile.txt then boot it up... when it turn itself back off or whatever, send me your logfile.txt
