Hi all

I had a 2005 Mk 5 VW Golf fitted with the standard RCD300 head unit. When I got the car the previous owner had fitted a Phatbox system which is excellent. I have now changed my car to a non VW make and want to retain the Phatbox and have a plan!

I could pick up a VW Golf Gamma head unit for reasonable money - this would fit in the single DIN slot in my 'new' car and I think I can connect up my Phatbox system to this.

Anyone know if this is likely to be compatible?

that... or just get a Kenwood HU (pre 2008)
