40 GB DMS Cartridge Problem

Hello.
I have a question.
I've just written with the help of Google translator this text because I am a zero in English ... German or Russian would be much easier.
I have my DMS Cartridge with a new HDD provided (instead of original 20 GB with somewhat larger 40 GB)
Unfortunately I can not get hardware to work.
I have a new HDD with the help of DMS-Hack-Or-Repair-configured v1_5 CD.
Now it shows only on the car radio No Disk
Do I have anything else?
Under PhatNoiseMediaManager recognize my computer on DMS Cartridge
I can also create playlists, or anything else. Only in the car is not running.

Maybe someone can write in German or Russian, that would be perfect

Ich habe gerade mit hilfe von "Google übersetzer diesen Text geschrieben,da ich in englisch eine null bin... Deutsch oder Russisch wäre viel einfacher.
Ich habe meinen DMS Cartridge mit einer neuen HDD versorgt (statt originale 20 GB mit etwas grösseren 40 GB)
Leider kann ich das nicht zum laufen bringen.

Muss ich noch was machen?

You need to have applied the hack to the phatbox before attempting to replace your HDD with a 40 GB drive.  You need to go back to the 20 GB drive, and hack your phatbox.  I would recommend using the hack tools from VorTechS:
