Hi Vortech,
where can I get a software download for the phatnoise Mp3 in car player. So I can put it onto windows XP. Kind regards. Bobbo. Ps I found out that once I downloaded the latest audi firmware and it had no benefit in getting the thing working, I then asked an Pc programmer to check it out for me and he found that my mate actually had not put the music onto the Mp3 but only onto my apple mac. wWe then tested the Mp3 by putting a single track onto it and it worked. He has now gone back to Leeds. And need to find this software?. Will I also have to download the firm ware again and where from. Cheers.

There is no need to download the firmware again. 

You can sign up at http://phatnoise.us, where you will then be able to download PhatNoise Media Manager, or PhatNoise Music Manager.  (Look for the NO ACTIVATION versions)
