My phatnoise cradle has only connected to my computer 3 times and now there is no red light at all!

I have a 1000ma power supply, I really dont know whats going on with it? Its a brand new unit?

Any ideas?

Ok green lights comes on for a second after inserting DMS.

And after that computer says USB connection malfunctioned. no sign of red light?

If you look inside the cradle, where the connector sits - next to it there is a switch.
There's probably a problem with it.  I think you can make the red come on by just presing in this switch.
