Registration instructions for new members

PhatHack welcomes new, and old members alike, but unfortunately of late we have seen a big rise in the number of spam accounts being registered.

In order to prevent un-necessary disruption to the site, we have therefore now locked new user registrations so that they require administrative approval.

Whilst generally there will be someone around to verify and activate these registrations, there may be periods of time where this does not happen.
If you are a non-spamming human being, it's been a while since you registered and require your account to be activated - then please feel free to poke one of us!

To expand upon that (at least for myself) - I have no intention of approving any users unless they email me asking me to... wading through the other 307 to find the two good ones would be a bit of a pain.
