large drives for use as DMS

To keep my account valid and to respond to Paul's banner, I would like to see support for the larger drives (greater than 120GB) when they finally become available. I'm sure it will happen at some point, but that's when I see this being the killer app as then I can have everything I own on one single drive.
Anyways, that's my wish list. Everyone have a good holiday.

I'm curious to know, I've read a bunch of threads from way back but couldn't find a definite answer. Can the hardware in the PhatBox support 48bit LBA? sbingner? judb?

As far as I know, all we need to do is update the kernel to work with LBA48.... but that's assuming the bootloader will still work.
I'd need a larger drive to test it on, I have a larger 3.5" drive but unfortunately it's sort of in use on my computer
