Phatnoise Media Manager looking for att.msi?

Weird thing going on. Whenever I run Phatnoise Media Manager and it gets to the stage where it wants to generate voice tags it keeps popping up a windows installer box that is looking for "att.msi".
I assume it's looking for AT&T natural language, which I have installed. if I click the cancel button a couple of times it will continue generating the voice prompts, but this happens every time.
Does anyone have any idea of how to correct this? I've already tried re-installing PMM to no avail.
