yes that is what you do, just extract them into phtsys.  if you have a plugin directory I suggest renaming it.

Also, you may want to disconnect the cable to the phatbox for a few minutes to reset it before you get started.

I also suggest removing the forceupdate and forcesettings files that get extracted with the files into phtsys becuase you shouldn't need to update the code on it.

Ok, I let the phatbox update for a couple minutes and it works now in the car.
