Alright I'm going to need to mount my DMS and make some changes and I haven't done so in a long time and I haven't even had the software loaded on my PC in quite a while also.

Should I:

1)Load my original install CD that came with my Audi Phatbox?

2)Just download it from Phatnoise directly?

3)Which one should I use, Media Manager or Music Manager?

I'm thinking I can just download the software directly from their site because I don't use there TTS software because I use and have the ATT NV 1.4 engine.

It depends.  If you encode with PMM then you must install from the CD first, even if you then update with later software.  Even if you don't use TTS, this also gives you permanent encoding rights rather than the time limited version from using the downloads alone.  If not encoding or using TTS, then I guess it doesn't matter.

Media Manager or Music Manager often comes down to personal choice (I use Media Manager 3.92 under XP).  Since I am in no hurry to move to Vista, I'm afraid that I can't comment on any of the pitfalls that may be waiting for you.

If I could only get Phatnoise to email me the link so I can download the software because they suck at responding.

A familiar problem these days it seems.

I have sent you a PM.

I've downloaded those files but when I'm trying to unzip Media Manager it says the file is invalid. It did this in Winrar and another program.

Sorry - should have said - you need to use WinZip I think.
