PMM has detected an uninitialized DMS!?

I am having trouble getting my DMS and Phatbox sorted out. I had some trouble with a firmware update and I have settled on version 6.0 as it just won't do 7.02. So now I have the Phatbox working, but every time I try to use the PMM it says "Phatnoise Music Manager has detected an uninitialized DMS". I want to get this thing working perfectly so I can apply the hack and then upgrade my DMS from the puny 10GB HD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
