Can you please explain in plain terms how I can go about installing the Loquendo TTS voices to use with Phatbox. Do I need to install the Loquendo speech engine and voices. Will the voices automatically show up in PMM or do I have to do some jiggery pokery?

Install the voice engine and voices.
Follow the instructions on my previous post.
