PMM and Phathack issues

Hi,

I really could do with some help here.

I have access to 2 PC's one is Windows 7 the other Vista

I cannot get the W7 machine to recognise the USB 2 cradle WHATEVER I do!

I can get the Vista machine to recognise the cradle.

I can load PMM on the W7 machine but not on the Vista machine.

I can load Phathack on both machines but it will not recognise the CD Title, artist, or track names and therefore I cannot use that either as the DMS will just be full of unnamed songs.


PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me, I have only just bought this Keg and im already so disappointed with it.

PMM has no trouble recognising the CD title etc on the W7 machine but that's no use to me and I cant load PMM on the Vista machine
