New Kenwood causing phatnoise not to work

I have a Phatnoise unit which has been flashed as a kenwood keg
worked fine for ages on my kenwood ddx 6029

i have decided to add the kenwood bluetooth and sat nav
the phatnoise no longer appears in the menu
instead EXT MEDIA appears whereas HDD EXT used to appear
the EXT media option does not display anything whatsoever
i have tried unplugging the phatnoise and replugging but still no joy

anyone help? im lost without my music!

Remove the DMS from the box, power it up (ignition to accessories)

Turn ignition off.

Disconnect the box from the HU at the Keg end and leave for a couple of minutes.  Turn the ignition to accessories.  Give it a couple of minutes and turn ignition off.

Insert the DMS back into the box, re-connect the cable.  Ignition to Accessories.

Repeat a couple of times and if things still don't work... then I guess you are out of luck.  Try removing the recently added accessories and see if things start working from there and then you have to decide which are the more important things... the Keg or the accessories.
