After a long awaited period (mostly my fault) I have finally gotten round to adding the Mazda firmware into the am.xml file on the firmware download site.
Thanks to sbingner for doing the file move!
This means that you will be able to select Mazda v1.04 from the DMS tools firmware list.
This firmware is v1.04 with the additional update applied.
