Voice prompts not working on Discs

Hi,

For the last few months I have been having problems with new discs I add to my PhatBox, the discs I added before the problem the voice prompts are working but new one's I add when selected it says "Corrupt Track" or just a blank pause and the music starts.

I have tried using the option 'Fix Voice Prompts' in the Music Manager but no luck I have also had a look in Control Panel and the Speech utility is there and selected to use the ATT voice.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
