Audi hack problems

I am trying to update my Audi Phatbox but it is exhibiting strange behavior.   I have tried four times, but each time I get the intro message, the patch begins, audio source changes once then about 10 seconds later it starts playing my playlist.  Sounds like a success, but the sound is very choppy and not correct. 

I have included the wizard log file, and I apologize for the length.   Any help is appreciated.   The car is a 2001 Audi S4.

Typically I can't see attachments for some reason.  Really must find out why one day.
Anyway, if you put the DMS back in the cradle and run the Wizard again it should report the success status.

What does it show?  (It'll be about 3 or 4 'Next's in....)
