HELP WITH PROGRAMMING MY HEADUNIT

Hi there, just fitted a PhatBox in my Audi TT with a Concert II headunit and it worked perfectly. for a few days. Then I had to replace the battery on the car and since connecting up I cant get it to work ! Can anyone help me with the process for re-programming the unit ?
