Hi,

I was having a problem getting the Phatnoise Music Manager to recognise my DMS, so I formatted both F: PHTSYS and G: PHTDTA partitions.  When I try to re-configure the DMS using the PMM application, I don't have a head unit listed under 'Choose Your Headunit'.  Clicking on 'Check for Updates from Phatnoise Website' does nothing.

It's a Kenwood unit, so I tried copying the firmware from this site onto the F: partition, which now passes an extra test, but still gives:-

Loading XML Document Failed
The DMS failed the System Files Test

Can anyone advise what I need to do to recover from this?  Do I need someone with a Kenwood unit to provide a copy of specific files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: FIXED WITH PHATHACK DMS.  Great application!  Saved my bacon...

Cheers, Lee

I sort of have the same problem but my PB is not responding anymore. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you!
