One last thing.  If I've already unlocked my unit, would using Ghost32 and cloning the 20gb to the 60gb work the same or is there something needed from your formatting process?

if you use ghost it will likley resize the paritions to fit the new drive and not keep the first partiiton starting with a 1 meg gap, it also will not copy the data in that 1 meg gap thus making the new drive not useable.
