faster transfer??

Any one know how to make the files transfer faster to the DMS? wirewire? USB just doesn't seem to be fast enough....

Get a notebook IDE adapter and take the drive out of the DMS and put it directly on your host computer's IDE bus to transfer the files.

forgive my ignorance, but I have no idea what you mean?! sorry... can you write it again so that an idiot with no experience with the Phatbox?

Are you using the USB 2.0 cradle?

would allow you to hook a laptop drive (inside the DMS for instance) to your PC's IDE controller and copy files faster.

As always use with caution...
