Where can I buy DMS Cartridges?

Newbie Question I know but...

I am just about to recieve a Music Keg with the Vanilla 10GB drive. They don't sell the unit in the UK and I would like to get hold of a 20 or 40 GB drive. I have seen the Phatnoise web site and they seem expensive - is there a cheap source for these drives or somewhere for refurb units?

Or, you could just buy a laptop hard drive and replace the 10GB drive in your DMS for whatever size you buy.

How easy is it to upgrade the disk. Is there some firmware changes required ?
