Not seeing DMS in v2.14 and v2.15 tools

I was running the 2.12 tools and it didn't seem to be working properly but I could see the DMS. I tried v2.15 and the DMS would not show up. I dropped back to v2.14 and it was the same thing. The OS sees the DMS drives fine but the tools don't. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 64bit.

Each of the functions in the DMS tools creates a log in My Documents\PhatHack Media Manager\Logs.
Could you clear this directory, start version 2.15 and then immediately close it for me please.

Then send me a copy of any logs in this directory and I'll have a look to see what I am able to spot.

The DMS is disk4 in the disk manager.

Right, well the logs may be showing something and I'll have to have think about this.

It could be related to something that has cropped up before, and I thought was addressed  as I've not seen an instance of it since.
Your problem seems to be related to the SCSI device you have in your PC.

It's a Sony laptop. There are 2 slots in the computer, one for compact flash and one for SD. I did take out the Compact Flash card within the last day or so. Maybe when the card was in the DMS showed up. I'll try that later today.

Put the compact flash card back and not difference.

No worries, there's a reasonable trace there so I'll take a look at the code and see if I can get it get beyond the point it's falling over at with a build just for you.  Once we've got to the bottom of it, I'll roll it out...

Just to let you know, I have to stall on this - as I'm about to move jobs.

I've had to clean my work PC of all things PhatHack related and at present I don't have a machine at home ready to do some dev. on the DMS tools.  With the job move this may take me a week or so to sort out, but as soon as I'm done, I'll get some new code out.
