WTB desktop cradle
« on: January 25, 2013, 08:08:50 am »
Hello, I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Uplander with rear entertainment. Unfortunately I'm missing the desktop cradle for the dms cartridge. If anyone has one throw me a price maybe we can make a deal.

Alternatively, you could buy a USB IDE caddy.

It just needs to be an IDE caddy for 2.5" drives.  My other 'DMS' uses a very cheap, USB powered one and it works absolutely fine!

Taking apart, and putting together the DMS is a simple operation - just take care when removing the drive from the IDE PCB to ensure you don't bend the pins.
