2003 Mercedes e270 and Phatnoise

Hi is it possible to connect my Phatnoise to my 2003 Mercedes E270?

Unlikely with the stock head unit.  If you grab yourself an older Kenwood headunit (that supports the older CD Changes), you should be able to upload Kenwood firmware to your existing box and then you'll be able to use it.
