40GB DMS

Hi everyone,

    I can get the 40GB DMS for a G M vehicle to be seen by phathack and phatnoise music manager but when I put it into my KDC-710 cradle my head unit  loads and them=n ejects it. My 10 GB DMS is seen fine but not my 40GB DMS. Can someone help me with this problem?
