Applying hacked files to Phatbox

Does anyone have ideas how to make the Phatbox read the hacked files installed on the DMS using the DMS Wizard? I've successfully loaded the files to my DMS but nothing happens when I put the DMS into the Phatbox and turn it on. No messages. Nothing. The light remains solid red after the yellow light flickers for a second then goes out. I've left the Phatbox running for an hour at at time with no success.

Firstly, are you using an original DMS to run the hack?

Yes. Original DMS. Confirmed with Wizard.
