DMS 40 gig displaying loading on head unit

I have this 40 gig DMS and it loads fine in the cradle and recognized by the Phatnosie Media Manager (this is not hacked)
But when I insert it into the hub and toggle to it on the head unit, it just flashes loading until it displays eject.

Any help will do!
