I have a complete spare KHD-C710 w/USB 2.0..

Complete, with the USB 2.0 and the elusive Kenwood to Keg cable.  Let me know if anyone wants to trade or something.  I wouldn't mind having a KHD-CX910 if the D/A converters are better (just the unit itself).
