I'm going to attempt the hack on the home player..

I'm still waiting on the power supply, that is supposed to be 12V 3 amp, can anyone verify this?  If anyone has this power supply and can post the specs, I'd appreciate it.

There are a lot of potential reasons the hack may not work on the home player in its current state.

We need to see if the home player has the same flash rom, and flash contents..

There is a way to get the hack to dump out the contents of flash so if it fails we should be able to extract that I expect.

I really want / wanted a home player but haven't gotten one.

Yeah, I've been in contact with Sam; hopefully we'll be able to get something going.  I'd LOVE for the hack to work on the home box, but I do have my concerns.
