What is PhatOS?  I've been away for awhile and found the download.  There doesn't seem to be any desciptions or release notes on the page.

it's just the beginnings of a project to completely replace the PhatBox code with open-source code.... haven't done much on it recently

Is it bootable because I was having trouble trying to do anything with it?
