Not sure if this actually goes in this forum discussion but it is something about hacking/changing the phatbox.ini file, so here it goes.
I've been using this phatbox.ini configuration file for a while and it does work very well with the Audi RNS-E Navigation head unit. But when I select "MIX" which is actually a random on most other head units. The unit will play the songs in random order like it supposed to but let's say I don't want to hear the song that is playing. I would think that if I hit "track forward" it would play something random from my DMS hard drive. For some reason my phatbox plays the next song from the artist that is currently playing.
I don't know if this is something that my head unit controls and there's no way of changing it or is there something in my phatbox.ini file that can be changed to make it play a next random song.
Another thing I've noticed is that when I click "SCAN" on my Audi RNS-E Navigation head unit which is supposed to announce the song information. Well it does speak the song information but it doesn't revert back to playing the song. Is there something in my phatbox.ini configuration that's not allowing that do happen? Whenever I want to hear the song information, right now I have to track forward or backward to get it to start playing again.
