Title: Fujitsu file information?
Post by: A543 on June 30, 2005, 12:03:20 am
I know of at least two people that have a program that can change the serial number and/or driveID string on Fujitsu drives.  I know one of them is a member here.  I'm hoping that maybe we could get some more info on the program that does this.  I mean, the cat's out of the bag now. Since it appears that one way of adding space to the Phatbox has already been successful, and it sure seems like the other method being attempted will succeed with just a bit more work, what harm can be done by posting some info?  Even just a filename would be nice.

As soon as someone posts one of these filenames, I'm guessing that google is gonna get slammed as well as *other* sites of dubious repute :)

Does someone has a phatbox 80GB?
In case YES, may be its possible to provide the exported firmware from this drive.
