Title: Audi to Becker traffice pro

Hi

Long time since been on the site and glad to see the site is still going, i have been using phatnoise in the Audi with no issues.  I have now sold the car but kept the phatnoise hoping to get it installed into the new car.  It has a Becker traffic pro with cd cable for silverstone.

I have done some search on here and seen that the Becker will work but no info on cable that I could find

Do you now if the Audi cable will work or what cable I need and where to get it

has anyone connected a Becker, the manual seems to suggest it can ?

I expect I need a different cable but no info on pin-out or were to get cable ?

after some further investigation the end cable looks like the sony plug with 2 RCA connections which the Audi/VW cable dosen't have but are on the pinouts in the 13pin din

1a--blue-----sony 6
2a--green----sony 5
3a--black----sony 8 (earth)
4a--purple---sony 2
5a--red------sony 7
6a--yellow---sony 4
7b--yellow---RCA black (left)
8b--brown---RCA both / earth
9b--red------RCA red (right)


for the phatnoise cable I've mapped this out as (13pin----26phatnoise connector)
1--------24 (I think is data)
2--------12 ???
3--------10 and 13 (power 12v)
4--------25 ???
5
6--------4 (earth)
7
8--------14 (I think switched power)
9
10-------2 (right +)
11-------3 (right -)
12-------1 (left +)
13-------3 (left -)



so now I have both cables mapped out, the joining cable Iam not sure about

so what I have so far  [phatnoise---13pin] [new cable] [Sony Plug---unit]
13pin 1----- sony ???
13pin 2----- sony ???
13pin 3----- sony 7 (power)
13pin 4----- sony ???
13pin 5----- empty
13pin 6----- sony 8 (earth)
13pin 7----- empty
13pin 8----- sony ???
13pin 9----- empty
13pin 10-----RCA red +
13pin 11-----RCA red -
13pin 12-----RCA black +
13pin 13-----RCA black -
