just got a new laptop and tried hooking up my music keg to it.when i hook up the usb cradle it will search for drivers and not be able to find any online or on the cd phatnoise music manager.the program installed sucess...If anyone knows if i can even find a usb driver for windows vista .....Thanks in advance
Windows Vista? I think you're going to be stuck there. If your cradle is the Kenwood one (label underneath reads KHD-USB1) then there were no drivers released since 2003. The PhatHack USB 1.1 Drivers are the latest available ones, although I have an outstanding support issue with Cypress (manufacturers of the cradle chipset) where there ARE newer TPP200 drivers but that don't work.
Your best option would be to buy a USB 2.0 cradle, which Vista should support natively.
any ideas on where i can buy the other usb cradle....?????Thanks for your response...

Ebay is pretty much the only place to find USB2 cradles, or anything else related to the Phatbox/Keg. Expect to pay around $60.
I suspect that you have a 64-bit system... the ISD drivers don't work on 64bit
sbingner: did you ever have a go at using the 64-bit driver inf I sent you?
everyone else: don't get excited... this was just the current PhatHack drivers with 64-bit like entries, chances of the drivers ACTUALLY working under 64-bit are remote.
i never got any drivers sent....Did you email mcnairsteveair@aol.com???that is my email address ...thanks buddy
