Title: VW GTi Mk5 Install

I have a 2007 Golf GTi with the RNS500 Sat Nav system. The previous owner had a Sony CDX T69 6 Disc CD installed in the boot (Trunk for the US Guys). The Sony unit is wired to the Sat Nav system using a 6 pin (5mm thick wire) connector and 2 RCA (red and White connector on regular speaker wire) connectors. Can I connect my PhatNoise to my music system using the current wiring or do I still need to run the PhatNoise wireing to the car stereo?

You'd need to run a new cable... the PhatBox connector is not the same as a sony cd changer
