i have two dms cartridges both are khd-010g i have the usb cradle 1 im having problems with both one of them my phatnoise music manager does not read and the other i cant eject or save this one says "unable to create voice prompt file F:\TTS\song. would you like to continue creating voice prompts?" i hit yes and it says "cant assign stream format" then at end it says errors encountered when trying and eject close any other programs that may be using it.....i dont have any others using it. ??? somebody please help!!!!!
