After failing on a code 5 on writing the flash when i now put my original DMS cart into the box all my voice prompts really start to stutter and nothing plays.
Any ideas?

What kind of head unit and phatbox do you have?

Replace the first playlist with the one on your hard drive, then rebuild your voice index files (from the options menu in PMM.) That should fix it.
