Title: Unable to Start PhatNoise Music Manager
Post by: bibeaud on November 08, 2005, 05:24:21 am
I just purchased the Kenwood KHDCX910 off of Ebay.  I installed the CDRom prior to installing the cradle.  Whenever I click on PhatNoise Music Manager, it tells me that I need to reboot the computer.

Well, I did that several times without success.

Any suggestions?

I am running WinXP Pro with SP2.

Thanks!
David

Found the solution at Phatnoise.com.

http://www.phatnoise.com/kb/index.php?page=index_v2&id=857&c=14

Open My Computer from your desktop and go to:
C:\Program Files\PhatNoise Music Manager

OR

C:\Program Files\PhatNoise Media Manager
Delete the file named "PNreb". You should now be able to access the software.
