It is just http://phatbox.sixpak.org (no "www"). Just checked and it works fine.

Ah, I know what happened. I retyped it into another window because this page didn't work.

and still doesn't.

Ahhh. That's different. You might want to email Vince at the address on the bottom of the sixpak web page and ask. Usually, when this has stopped working in the past it was due to either his DSL connection or an inability to build the update indexes from the PhatNoise site.

That's exactly what it was, it could get parts from the phatnoise site.
