Also the DMS is the same i change only the HDD intern. I dont have a second housing.

The DMS house is running with my 10GB original HDD and when I change the HDD into 30GB in the same DMS House, then will be an error.

I don t think that is an IDE problem or???

PS: The DMS House with the new HDD (30GB) is running with the Software MediaManager, I had copied one Music album to the new HDD without problems but my Box is dont play.

The Mails are on the way to your mail ;-)

EDIT: PPS It is possible that the problem is the File:ramdisk.sig???

I can't see anything wrong with the files, the SIG files are fine as they should be being static, and you have the correct version of the linux file.

Try deleting the Plugins directory.  Let's see if that fixes it....?

The copying of the 3 Files do not solution the problem  :-\

Mhh Sorry but all ideas are missed.

Now I create a new DMS with another HDD

It is possible that the Hack is missed? My Keg plays the original DMS HDD without problems. Only when I change it to a bigger HDD than the Keg don t play the music. What is wrong? It is how an Non-Hack box or ???

Or I had overlooked somewhat

The box is hacked, that side of things you don't need to worry about.
It's the new DMS that seems to be the problem, if a second HDD shows the same problems - then maybe there is some problem with the tools that I don't know about.

If it is the case that a second drive fails too then it might be worth trying things manually, by creating the two partitions - formatting them and extracting the firmware from http://downloads.phathack.com/firmware making sure that linux and linux.sig are the first two files you extract.

Excellent, glad to hear it!

I'm going to start a new thread on the blink sequences to try and capture things in a single place.

silly question, but there aren't any jumpers on the drive that didn't work by chance?

No. There aren't any jumpers on the drive? The HDD is compete out of jumpers.
