will not play

I have had problems with music playing in my car, whereas it would only work every so often, I reformatted my dms and feloaded the fireware, but not it wont play at all, it goes through the 5 minute programming when I first put the dms into the phatbox buty then it just stops on the CDC1  track 1  00:00 screen... any ideas? getting sick of messing and not getting anywhere!

have you checked your cables? what kind of box do you have? kind of stereo?

its the audo concert sterio, i have the vw/audi box... wires all ok, cause it does the reprogramming thing ok...
