I already addressed this. NO THERE IS NOT A WAY TO DO THIS.
THERE IS NO DATA PATH FOR IMAGE DATA TO BE PASSED.
There may be a way with some specific head unit types if you wanted to modify the circuit board AND decrypt the 8052 controller firmware, and then hack it, and then find a way to properly encrypt / upload it to the 8052.
but by and large I don't see it as possible as many of the bus formats for CD changer protocol don't support anything like that.
