Too much info! What's the latest procedure? :)

I am new to the forum and I'm really excited about it, but I can't find what's the latest procedure for hacking the phatbox. I found the full procedure with the screenshots missing, and a message indicating that the latest is the WINX XP procedure. I see the 1.1.3 files, but can't find a step by step on how to do it, including the hardware replacement. I'll apreciate some guidance.
