Voice prompts corrupt.

I am getting a voice prompt for every track either unknown track or nothing at all. I did quick format the DMS a while ago because the PO had so many files and folders on it it was full so I figured a quick format would be okay, I have now read that is bad. Anyways it still works fine but I cannot get voice prompts to work.

I reinstalled Phatnoise and the errors are as followed
decompression error has occurred #6 I ignore
The operating system is not adequate for running ATT labs Natural Voices desktop 1.2.1

Then when the DSM doctor is ran it fails the file system test
Could not find system file F:\<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC

Not sure it the win7 is at fault or my quick format error.

I was going to do that before when I was trying to fix it but every time I try to sign up for the site it says "That appears to be a invalid email address" I don't know why I tried 2 different gmail accounts, and a hotmail account.

I've recently had to re-install the site, try again and if there are still problems let me know and I can get you an alternative URL to download from.

I tried a few more times with a few free emails that I signed up for, still has not worked. damn wish I would have got this file before you had to re-install the site.
