Help..only empty partions on DMS

The worst happend and I had to reformat the DMS (I asked in another thread about the NO NAME issue). Unfortunately I could not back up the files on the partitions. I don't care about the MP3 files as I do have them on CD's but all the other necessary files are gone. I was able to reformat the drive successfully but where do I get all the other files from to make the DMS running? What can I do ?

Use the PMM software to reload the firmware onto the DMS.  Make sure you load the correct firmware, and delete the file called "forceupdate" from the DMS.

For a newbie it wasn't easy to understand what to use on the PMM. I finally was able to let PMM recognize the DMS as a new one and it installed all necessary files. It runned well and I could go a step durther and upgrade the 10GB to 120 gigs. Works very well In fact the 120GB is much faster than the 10GB stock DMS and random track changes is noticeable quicker.
